Shipping & Delivery

Our cake taster boxes are usually posted on the last Thursday of the month via next day delivery. (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Orders received after 3PM on the Wednesday will be sent the following month.

Free next day delivery is included on all our cake taster boxes. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates. We work very hard to ensure we ship from our end on time and the couriers do everything they can to ensure delivery when requested. We all know that sometimes things happen outside of our control but thankfully this is rare.

Honeytree is a mother/daughter run business built on reputation and word of mouth. We pride ourselves on our personable customer services. Should you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and any issues will be dealt with swiftly. 

Postal Brownies

Shipping & Delivery

Our brownies are made with the finest, natural ingredients in our Essex bakery.

Brownie postal boxes are posted every Thursday via next day delivery. (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Cut off is 5PM on Wednesday the night before. Orders received after this time will be processed the following week.

Free next day delivery is included on all our brownie boxes. 

Once you have placed an order you will receive and e-mail confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation e-mail, please check your junk folder. Once received, please check the details in the e-mail are correct. Should you need to make any amendments to the delivery address we can do this as long as this received by 5PM Wednesday. The day before the brownies are shipped. (i.e. 2 working days before delivery is expected).

If you have made an error with the recipients address and not taken advantage of the opportunities provided to check your recipient details then Honeytree take no responsibility for wrongly addressed parcels.

Viewing & Amending Orders

All your orders are saved within your account area. If you have created an account during the checkout, then you are able to amend your order (delivery address/gift message) for up to 1 hour after placing the order by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.
